Guest post at Discover Magazine site

I'm super happy to be a guest at the Cosmic Variance blog on the Discover Magazine web site. Check out Cosmic Variance, and my guest post. It's entitled 'Oddly Familiar' and is really an opinion piece about the latest commentary that seems to be going on around the media with regard to various colorful, intriguing, but also probably rather distracting ideas about life in the universe - in particular the 'shadow biosphere'.
